GENERAL INTERNIST
A nephrologist is a medical doctor who specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the kidneys. This includes chronic kidney disease, kidney failure, high blood pressure, electrolyte imbalances, and complications from diabetes that affect kidney function. Nephrologists also oversee dialysis treatment and help patients prepare for kidney transplants. Their goal is to preserve kidney health and prevent progression of kidney-related disorders.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), one of the most common neuropsychiatric disorders of childhood and adolescence. Often persists into adulthood. Treatment is life changing.
