Patient-centered, evidence-based Medicine
If You Have Health Insurance
We bill your insurance provider for each visit, and you cover the co-payment or deductible. The amount that you owe depends on the specific health insurance plan you have. If you have any questions, call the number on your insurance card to learn more about your coverage. For your co-payment or for those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we accept checks, debit and credit cards.
For those with an HMO plan, it's important for you to call your health plan (phone number on your insurance card) before your first visit and select one of our physicians as your PCP. This will reduce any insurance hassles for you later on and allow us to make any referrals and order tests and prescriptions on your behalf.Type your paragraph here.
No insurance? No problem.
For those without health insurance, our simple fee structure helps take the guesswork out of health care pricing. You can see a doctor when you want to without breaking your budget. Whether you need a physical, a vaccination or want to address specific health concerns, we make it affordable.
Our patients without insurance pay just $142 for an initial doctor visit and only $102 for each subsequent appointment. For your convenience, we accept checks, carecredit, debit and credit cards as payment for your visits. We also offered highly discounted rates on laboratory testing. For more information on pricing call us at 210-200-8798 to learn more.
